Absolutely. <br/> Nowadays, many children and teenagers have an active life and show, at an early age, some signs of stress or anxiety<br/> related to school, family, relationships, and sports. <br/> Some of them may also struggle with self-esteem issues, anger, self control, and may suffer from depression. <br/> So, when children and teenagers practice meditation, they will learn how to bring peace to their minds and emotions, allowing<br/> their bodies to relax by gaining a feeling of peace and calmness. <br/> A peaceful state of mind leads to happiness. <br/> Consequently, they will develop a more positive way of handling everyday situations, as they become more creative, not only seeing challenges with more clarity but increasing<br/> their concentration as well. <br/> D avid Lynch, a famous American filmmaker, has practiced meditation for many years, and after learning and seeing the benefits of it, he started the David Lynch Foundation. <br/> He partnered with some school districts, introducing meditation to students with<br/> in-school and after school programs in public, c harter, and private middle and high schools, in New York City, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Tucson, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. <br/> I t is called The Quiet Time Program in which s tudents learn TM-Transcendental Meditation.<br/> <br/> Many students in those schools showed aggressive b ehavior; they were hyperactive, struggled with The Spiritist MA GA ZIN E 33
